Alder Dune Campground - Siuslaw National Forest

Alder Dune Campground is located on Hwy. 101 seven miles north of Florence. The campground is in a coastal forest and abuts Alder Lake. It features 39 tent and RV sites (each with a fire pit), picnic tables, water, toilets, trash containers, a boat launch, and nearby trails to the ocean and dunes. Activities: camping, hiking, and fishing. Open May 1 to September 30.

Beachside State Recreation Site

Beachside State Recreation Site is located on Hwy. 101 midway between Waldport and Yachats. Situated alongside an extensive stretch of sandy beach, it features 32 campsites with water and electricity, 50 tent sites, two yurts, a hiker/biker camp, showers, and full ADA restrooms. Beverly Beach State Park

Beverly Beach State Park is located on Hwy. 101 halfway between Newport and Depoe Bay. Its forest-sheltered campground rests beside Spencer Creek on the east side of the highway and connects to roughly four miles of ocean beach via a tunnel. Amenities include: showers; ADA restrooms; 53 full hookup, 75 electrical, 128 tent (maximum 65 feet), and trailer sites; 21 yurts; (cable TV hookups in some yurts and selected campsites); group tents (five areas); a meeting hall; and a hiker/biker camp. Big Creek Campground - Siuslaw National Forest

Big Creek Campground is located midway between Florence and Yachats, northeast of Heceta Head off Big Creek Rd. It is a very small campground with only four tent sites available on a first come, first served basis. Facilities: toilets. Activities: fishing and hiking.

Cape Perpetua Campground - Siuslaw National Forest

Cape Perpetua Campground is located within the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area, about three miles south of Yachats just off Hwy. 101. The viewpoint at Cape Perpetua is spectacular, overlooking the Pacific Ocean from over 800 ft. The campground's 38 tent, auto, and trailer sites are situated among old growth costal spruce, Douglas fir and western hemlock. Facilities: piped drinking water, flush toilets, fire rings, and tables. Activities: camping, picnicking, hiking, and sightseeing. Open May 1 to September 30. Carl G. Washburne State Park

Carl G. Washburne State Park is located on Hwy. 101 between Florence and Yachats, near Heceta Head Lighthouse. This park is very picturesque and has several trails of varying difficulty leading from the campsites to ocean beaches, wildlife viewing areas, and second-growth forests. Its amenities include: 56 full hookup (maximum 45 feet), two electrical (with water), and seven walk-in tent sites; a hiker/biker camp; two yurts; restrooms; and showers. Carter Lake Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Carter Lake Campground is sandwiched between Carter Lake and the Oregon Dunes 11 miles south of Florence on Hwy. 101. The amenities of its 23 sites are very basic: potable drinking water, flush toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, and tables. A good environment for fishing and hiking. Open May 1 to September 30. Devils Lake State Recreational Area

Devils Lake State Recreational Area is located at the north end of Lincoln City on Devils Lake Rd. It has a sizable lake that is shared by boaters, skiers, swimmers, and personal water craft users. Amenities include: 28 full hookup with cable, five electric with cable, and 54 tent (maximum 62 feet) sites; ten yurts; a hiker-biker camp; restrooms; and showers. Open year-round. Driftwood II OHV Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Driftwood II OHV Campground can be found at the end of Siltcoos Beach Access Road, which intersects with Hwy. 101 seven miles south of Florence at milepost 198. It has 68 OHV sites for auto or trailer with basic amenities: potable drinking water, flush toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, and tables. The campground is surrounded by shorepine, waxmyrtle, huckleberry and salal. There is direct OHV dune access from the campground, which is only 1/2 mile from the beach. It is in close proximity to hiking trails—Waxmrytle, Stagecoach and Lagoon—open parking, and a paved area. Open year-round. For reservations or more information: recreation.gov or (877) 444-6777.

Eel Creek Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Eel Creek Campground is located in the Oregon Dunes near Eel Creek, ten miles south of Florence on Hwy. 101. It features 52 sites with very basic facilities: potable drinking water, flush toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, and tables. The campground connects to the Umpqua Dunes Trail, which has access to the dunes and beach. Open May 1 to September 30. For reservations or more information: recreation.gov or (877) 444-6777.

Elk City Park

Elk City Park is located 22 miles upstream from the mouth of the Yaquina River, nestled in the coast range mountains at the intersection of the Big Elk River and the Yaquina River. From Hwy. 101, take Hwy. 20 into Toledo and turn south at the traffic light and follow the signs to Elk City. All camping sites are on a first come, first served basis at this quiet two-acre park. Amenities include: water, twelve camping sites, ADA accessible restrooms, a dock and boat ramp, horseshoe pits, and barbecues. Open from May 1 to October 31.

Harbor Vista County Park

Harbor Vista County Park is located in Florence overlooking the north jetty of the Siuslaw River. The park encompasses 15 acres and offers 38 tent and RV campsites (one ADA accessible) with water and hookups. Other amenities include: restrooms with showers (one ADA accessible); beach access; hiking trails; and a playground. Open year-round. Call (541) 682-2000 for reservations or more information.

Jack Morgan Park

Jack Morgan Park is located six miles north of Siletz on Hwy. 229 at milepost 17.5 (Hwy. 229 intersects Hwy. 101 to the north and Hwy. 20 to the south). This county park is situated on eleven acres straddling the highway and Its camping area is sheltered by a canopy of spruce trees. There are 13 private and woodsy campsites, each with its own picnic table and fireplace/barbecue pit. Amenities include: drinking water; boat ramp access; ADA accessible vault restrooms; and a picnic area. Activities: camping; Chinook and Steelhead fishing. Closed December to March.

Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park

Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park is located three miles south of Florence on Hwy. 101, adjacent to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. There are two freshwater lakes within the park, Cleawox—which is great for swimming—and Woahink, which is used for all water sports. This park features: 47 full hookup, 121 electrical, and 187 tent (maximum 60 feet) sites; 10 yurts; group tents (6 areas); a hiker/biker camp; showers; ADA restrooms; playgrounds, a boat ramp; and a walking trail. Lagoon Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Lagoon Campground is located one mile west on Siltcoos Beach Access Road from where it intersects with Hwy. 101 seven miles south of Florence. It features 39 tent, auto, and trailer sites and the following amenities: potable drinking water, flush toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, a recycle center, and tables. The campground is located near the Siltcoos River in shorepine and huckleberry. Nine of the sites are the pull-through type. Lagoon trail circles the camping area, Stagecoach Trail is just 1/4 miles from the campground, and Waxmyrtle trail is only 1/8 mile away. Open year-round. Lincoln City KOA

Lincoln City KOA is located just north of Lincoln City on East Devils Lake Rd. It is a commercially operated campground that has many RV sites, tent sites, and cabins to rent. It also has the following amenities: LP gas; modem dataport; WiFi; a snack bar; a playground; and firewood. Open all year. Rock Creek Campground

Rock Creek Campground is located 14 miles north of Florence on Hwy. 101. Its 15 tent, auto, and trailer sites are nestled in a forest of costal spruce, Douglas fir and western hemlock. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, fire rings, and tables. Nearby Roosevelt Beach is accessible from here. Open May 1 to September 30. South Beach State Park

South Beach State Park occupies a large swath of beachfront along Hwy. 101 a short distance south of Newport. It is a well-used facility that offers: 228 electrical (maximum 60 feet) sites; 27 yurts; group tents (3 areas); a hiker/biker camp; Wi-Fi access; showers; ADA restrooms; a dump station; a nature/visitor center; playgrounds; volleyball and basketball courts; bicycle and hiking trails; and meeting halls. The campground, which is filled with expanses of grass and trees, stretches for about a mile before merging with the beach. South Jetty - NACO

South Jetty - NACO is located off Hwy. 101 one mile south of Florence. This is a commercially operated campground that is only open to campers with a Thousand Trails Membership. It is situated on 60 acres near the Oregon Dunes and offers numerous amenities: 46 full hookup, 135 power and water only, and 12 tent sites; seven trailer (one handicap), two cabin, two garden home, and two yurt (one handicap) rentals; an adult center; badminton courts; a country store; covered ping-pong tables; a dry sauna; a family center; a family pool; an RV supply and service center; a game room; horseshoe pits; hot tubs; a kiddie pool; laundry facilities; nature trails; a pavilion; a playground; RV storage; tennis and volleyball courts; and Wi-Fi access. Tillicum Beach Campground

Tillicum Beach Campground is located along Hwy. 101 five miles south of Waldport. Miles of beach are accessible from this campground by a well-maintained walkway. It features the following amenities: piped drinking water; flush toilets; 59 tent, auto, and trailer sites; fire rings; tables; and a small amphitheater that comes complete with an electrical system and a large outdoor movie screen. Activities include: camping, picnicking, hiking, and beachcombing. The winter loop is open year-round, the summer loop is open May 1 to September 30. Tyee Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Tyee Campground is located six miles south of Florence adjacent to Hwy. 101 at Pacific Ave. It is a small campground with 14 tent, auto, and trailer campsites and Siltcoos River access. Facilities: potable drinking water, vault toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, tables, and a boat ramp. Activities: camping and fishing. Open May 1 to September 30. Waldport/Newport KOA

Waldport/Newport KOA is located 1/4 mile north of Waldport on Hwy. 101 at the foot of Alsea Bay Bridge. It is a commercially operated campground that overlooks Alsea Bay and Waldport. Amenities include: RV and tent sites; cabin and lodge rentals; a pavilion/meeting room; LP gas; modem dataport; WiFi; a snack bar; firewood; fishing; a kite-flying area; a waterslide; a rec room with a big-screen TV; and bicycle rentals. Waxmyrtle Campground - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Waxmyrtle Campground is located seven miles south of Florence, one mile west of Hwy. 101 on Siltcoos Beach Access Road. The campground is near the Siltcoos River in shorepine and huckleberry, adjacent to Waxmyrtle Trail and 1/8 mile from Lagoon Trail. Fifty-five campsites are available, 19 of which are the pull-through type. Facilities: potable drinking water, flush toilets, garbage containers, fire rings, and tables. Whalers Rest - Leisure Time Resorts

Whalers Rest is located in South Beach near the shore of the Pacific Ocean. This is a commercially operated campground that is only open to campers with a Thousand Trails Membership. It offers numerous amenities: 149 full hookup, 10 tent, and six overflow sites; seven 26-ft. trailer, five 26-ft. pet trailer, two 30-ft. slide-out trailer, two cabin, one two-bedroom garden home, and two getaway cabin rentals; a basketball court; clubhouses; a convenience store; a crab clean and cook station; crab trap rentals; a fitness center; a frisbee golf course; a game room; horseshoe pits; an indoor pool and spa; laundry facilities; a mini-golf course; nature trails; a pickleball court; a playground; pool tables; propane; a PS2 console; a restaurant; shuffleboard; a tennis court; video games; a volleyball court; and Wi-Fi access.
