Victorian Jacket - Very well made and appears to be in excellent condition. Notice the bound seams in the front view. All of the original buttons are intact. One very small, almost invisible moth hole in the upper back, near the middle seam. The label reads "Palmer Garments". The fabric is a soft, smooth wool.
