Just a block down the street and youÕre at the beach. Perfect location for a weekend at the coast. Two bedrooms - one with Queen bed and one with twin beds. There's a double futon in the living room. Fully furnished and equipped, wood stove (and wood), computer hookups and phone for local calls. Nice deck out of the wind. Satellite TV/VCR. PETS OK. NO SMOKING. $120. night year around.
All you need to bring is: sheets, pillow cases and towels. We furnish pillows, bedcovers, and kitchen equipment.
RATES: $120.00 per night year around. Refundable security deposit required to hold reservation.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: A $110. deposit is required. The deposit is refundable as long as the house is left clean, no damage, no missing items.
Payment required upon arrival. If scheduled to arrive on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received prior to arrival date so the key may be mailed to you.
