Miles of sandy beach are just steps away; whales and eagles are viewable from wraparound living
room windows and deck. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, including a spacious new master bed & bath with
ocean view. Master bedroom has queen bed, one bedroom with double bed and one with fold-down
futon. Upstairs there is a cozy loft with a queen hide-a-bed and a twin bed. Wood interiors
with high ceiling, full furnished and decorated with a personal touch. Porches and decks,
electric heat plus pellet stove. New kitchen range plus dishwasher and microwave. TV/VCR,
no cable, and telephone for local calls. Beach access is by rough steps down the bank or one
block away at Driftwood Shores.
Sleeps 8. $175. per night - 2 night minimum. Weekly rates available.
No Pets. No smoking. Single-car garage. Washer and dryer.
All you need to bring is: sheets, pillow cases and towels. We furnish pillows, bedcovers, and kitchen equipment.
RATES: $175.00 per night year around. Refundable security deposit required to hold reservation.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: A $110. deposit is required. The deposit is refundable as long as the house is left clean, no damage, no missing items.
Payment required upon arrival. If scheduled to arrive on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received prior to arrival date so the key may be mailed to you.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. - Check out time is noon.
Rates and scheduled dates are subject to change. Action Realty reserves the right to make cancellations on all scheduled dates with a 60 day notice and complete refund of any deposits.
