Even though heart disease is the number one killer of men, and even
though if a person geared his or her whole life style and diet only to
prevent arthritis alone, nearly all other disease known to the human
race could be prevented at the same time, including heart disease.
Prostate problems rank right up there with heart disease as the most
worrisome and common killers of men in their lifetimes It should be of
great concern to every member of the male sex, and women who care about
their husbands and sons, and fathers and brothers, that some difficulty
with the prostate gland does or is likely to affect almost every man
over the age of fifty. During this age in a man's life the prostate
gland may swell and result in symptoms ranging from irritating urination
difficulties, to eventually it becoming impossible to urinate due to
pressure of the gland upon the bladder. The accumulation of urine in
the bladder may consequently cause infection. The common medical treatment
is massage or surgery. The reason the prostate gland becomes enlarged
is due to the organ's effort to make up for the loss of the male hormones
which have been steadily declining with the advance of age and
self-destructive lifestyles that include tobacco and alcohol usage,
which no amount of massage or surgery can reverse. A lifetime of improper
nutrition which leads directly to poor eating habits is as much a
contributing factor to the epidemic of terminal prostate cancer as the
alcohol and tobacco problem is. It has been reported that as many as
85% of all men succumb to the disease, and even with surgery and radiation
therapy, 25% of those cases, result in the premature death of its
victims. Simple prevention is of course the best precaution for
avoiding an early demise. In the daily diet, the best natural
preventatives and good health enhancers include easily obtainable
herbs, spices, and modern day miracle food supplements and special
nutrients and minerals that the human body can't live healthfully without.
Also as an alternative to the nutritionally empty "convenience"
and so-called "fast foods" that permeate our modern day diets and
grocery stores, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain products,
including healthful ready-to-eat breakfast cereals and snacks, legumes,
nuts, and seeds are available at health food stores and local
supermarkets. The shopper needs to know for example that the most popular
lettuce in the supermarket has almost no nutritional value or fiber, and
how we can do much better family food buying at all the usual places. For
more information about the specific relationship between prostate cancer
and other health problems that actually are prostrate-related due to
variations of our modern day malnutrition reality (the logical connection
between skin abrasions and prostate cancer for instance is in part, aloe
vera or lack thereof as an included or excluded fact of daily life), and
that apples and oranges dilemma and question and answer, in this the
supposedly most food abundant land on earth is outlined throughout these
pages. An obvious "pattern" exists that allows anyone regardless of their
expertise in culinary or medicinal herbs to immediately apply this
knowledge to everyday life, lifestyle and diet.
