Queen and one twin in bedroom, queen hide-a-bed in living room. Plexi-glass enclosed outdoor spa, fenced yard. Trail to beach.
Fully furnished and equipped - microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Cable TV/VCR. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. Fenced yard. Well-mannered pets allowed.
Non-smoking.
Small RV parking.
All you need to bring is: sheets, pillow cases, kitchen and bath towels, and food. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: A $110 deposit is required. The deposit is refundable as long as the house is left clean, no damage, no missing items. Payment is required upon arrival. If scheduled to arrive on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received prior to arrival date so the key may be mailed to you. We accept personal checks, cash, or credit card payment through

RATES: $140 per night year around. Refundable security deposit required to hold reservation.
Rates and scheduled dates are subject to change. Action Realty reserves the right to make cancellations on all scheduled dates with a 60 day notice and complete refund of any deposits.
