The literature states that the scalar energy is created when two common electromagnetic waves come together from two opposite converging vectors. When the energy vectors meet, the equal frequencies cancel each other leaving a standing or stationary energy. The space the scalar occupies is not a vacuum but alive with checked and balanced energies. The literature describes that it can be created by electromagnetic generators or naturally when similar frequency waves in the environment meet from two different vectors. Therefore, small random scalar energies are always present in the environment. The term scalar was used by Nikola Tesla at the end of the last century as a part of powerful non-Hertzian energy (without frequencies) which he referred to as standing energy or cosmic waves. Einstein gave reference to the scalar energies in the 1920s. Yet even today modern physics textbooks and scholarly publications rarely mention scalar energies. This is understandable. The electromagnetism that we know so much about has frequencies, wave action and motion that we can measure. Scalar energy is described to have zero frequencies, to be static, a stationary energy that therefore cannot be evaluated by our current frequency instruments. We do know how to create this energy but only its effects tell us that it exists in space and has power. What is Bioscalar Energy? Electromagnetic energy is the most plentiful constant energy of our universe. It is a part of all structures living and dead, and the atmosphere. Fractal properties of turbulent mixing The LFD distribution for the dissipation support geometry clearly approaches a constant value (namely 0.62) with decreasing box size, and together with the spread of the distribution suggests stochastic self-similarity akin to the fBm sets. (Statistically, it is found that 90.8 percent of the temporal intersections studied are "as fractal as stochastically self-similar fBm sets having the same record length.") However, the corresponding LFD results for isoscalar level crossings, though obtained from precisely the same data, shows no asymptotic approach to a constant value. In fact, there appear to be fundamental differences in the scale similarity properties of the scalar field and the scalar dissipation rate field, which may lie in the differing retention of information in these two fields. There is actually an almost one sentence proof, since if successive terms alternate in sign there cannot be more sign changes, but Doctorow went into somewhat more detail. Scalar Electromagnetics and Weather Control The anomalous weather worldwide is not accidental. In superpotential theory, which was initiated by a paper by E.T. Whittaker in 1904, it is possible to produce EM force fields and force field energy at a distance. Whittaker 1904 showed that all EM fields and waves can be decomposed into two scalar potential functions. It follows that, by assembling two such scalar potential functions in beams, one can produce a "scalar potential interferometer" where the potential beams intersect at a distance. In that interference zone, ordinary transverse EM fields and energy appear. A scalar potential is also just a harmonic assembly of bidirectional longitudinal EM wavepairs, as shown in a paper by E.T. Whittaker the year before, 1903. So one can produce the necessary longitudinal waves, in arrays, to "assemble" a scalar potential with any desired interior LW composition. Scalar Fields and Scalar Waves, as explained by Dr. Joseph Mercola: The American physicist Thomas E. Bearden popularized the concept of "scalar waves". Bearden gave it a meaning, which needs clarification, since it involves a reinterpretation of the conventional physics scalar field concept. In this context, the concept stands for a new kind of unconventional non-electromagnetic field, presumably of a more fundamental nature than electromagnetic fields, for which there are also other names in circulation, such as quantum fields, tachyon fields, gravity fields, neutrino fields, Tesla waves, non-Hertzian waves or longitudinal waves (Bischof, 1995, 1998). Alternative Utilities -- Becoming Independent of the Power Grid While there are advantages and efficiencies in mass power production and disbursement, there are also issues of unethical control and price gouging -- and of disruption in the case of catastrophic events. Establishing alternative and independent sources is an attainable ideal.
