Police, Firefighter and Rescue Worker hero-image will not stand, where cops and robbers reverse roles. Terrorists steal freedom wherever and however they can. What verges on a kind of "Kristallnacht" conspiracy, and where? Stay tuned. We will post their chickenshit night ridin' activities. What kind of law enforcers look the other way when a fullblown conspiracy is taking place under their very noses? What kind of law enforcement looks the other way while meth labs cook but conspire with others to harrass law abiding citizens?
To generally understand what the lame situation in law enforcement today, one needs to understand exactly what happened on the nights of November 9 and 10, 1938, when gangs of Nazi youth roamed through Jewish neighborhoods breaking windows of Jewish businesses and homes, burning synagogues and looting.
In all 101 synagogues were destroyed and almost 7,500 Jewish businesses were destroyed. 26,000 Jews were arrested and sent to concentration camps, Jews were physically attacked and beaten and 91 died (Snyder, Louis L. Encyclopedia of the Third Reich. New York: Paragon House, 1989:201). This historic incident was to be known as "Kristallnacht".
Are we saying a Gestapo is on the loose in the United States? That Brown Shirts are doing Nazi-like dirty work? Are we saying Nazi youth roam through Jewish (or Muslim or Latino or Black) neighborhoods?
With Fuehrer Ashcroft at the helm of DoJ (Department of Justice), there is no justice for anyone who disagrees with Duh & Company, and in the evil spirits of Ronald Reagan's "trickle-down" theory, and Richard Nixon's "enemies' list", there is no justice for anyone who disagrees with the local Fuehrer.
As in the Kristallnacht case, "The Fuehrer, Goebbels reported to Party officials in Munich, 'has decided that such demonstrations are not to be prepared or organized by the party, but so far as they originate spontaneously, they are not to be discouraged either.'"
If we turn our heads while a mini-Kristallnacht is taking place before our very eyes, we should not be surprised if some variation of a mini-Holocaust follows, for in 1938, the historic Kristallnacht turned out to be a crucial turning point in German policy regarding the Jews and may well be considered the actual beginning of what is now called the Holocaust.
Since the terrorist acts of 911, and the subsequent opportunistic acts of Duh & Company, especially the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Justice Department headed up by John Ashcroft, to diminish our civil rights, now more than ever we need to thoroughly re-examine the Holocaust, we need to thoroughly re-examine just exactly how it came about, and we need to nip the Nazi-like activities of the local police in the bud - for their active participation OR for allowing the crimes to go unsolved.
Who are these self-appointed Brown Shirts? Who are these "home grown" terrorists? Who are their Gestapo and SS bosses? While Duh & Company, including Ashcroft's DoJ, must be resisted, so to is renegade "law enforcement" to be resisted, especially at the local level.
Local police officers acting as night riders against ordinary citizens are not necessarily acting under the orders of their bosses, but as in the 1938 Kristallnacht case, if they are not being discouraged, then their Chief should be fired for not having control of his department. If the Sheriff of the counties where these crimes are taking place do not respond to the bad cops in their respective counties, they too should be fired (or re-called). If the State Police agencies look the other way at the beginning of what could wind up a Holocaust, the FBI should be called in to investigate.
The only problem is that the FBI operates at the behest of John Ashcroft's DoJ.
Now, more than ever it is vital for truly patriotic and freedom loving Americans to take our country and government back from those who stole it from us over the past century, and in the Y2K election.

25NOV2001 Southern Oregon Police...
Ladies & gentlemen:
When young Jessie Bacon arrived at a party at the Crater Motel in Medford, Oregon the
night of August 25, 2001, he had no idea the motel manager had called Medford Police
to break up the celebration.
Those attending the party heard a loud knock on the door of the rented room, and a
young woman opened the door to a Medford Police officer who pushed past her without a
search warrant and ordered everyone in attendance outside. No one was allowed to
leave immediately, and according to every witness I have interviewed, Jessie stood
outside and waited, leaning up against a parked car.
To Jessie Bacon, the overly aggressive behavior of the Medford Police officers was
out of proportion to the behavior of the partygoers being checked out, and he
expressed that concern by asking why they were acting like such "pricks", an
ill-advised exercise of one's right to free speech if there ever was one, but a right
nevertheless guaranteed to everyone outside the city limits of Medford.
According to every witness I have interviewed thus far, two Medford Police officers
assaulted Jessie, throwing him to the pavement head-first, injuring his head and
face, then handcuffing him. With Jessie Bacon now completely helpless and presenting
no threat whatsoever, a Medford Police officer pulled the hood of Jessie's sweatshirt
over his head and sprayed caustic pepper spray directly into Jessie's eyes, nose and
mouth, causing him to scream in agony.
Jessie Bacon was then transported to the Jackson County Jail and charged with
harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, none of which behaviors or
actions was observed by any of the eye witnesses I have interviewed in the case. I'm
sure the Medford Police officers will have a different version when it comes time to
testify, but all except one of the witnesses to Bacon's arrest I interviewed had any
kind of relationship with Jessie, nor did they even know him before that night.
This case is all too familiar to the Southern Oregon Militia. Time after time,
similar reports come in alleging Medford Police used a take-down method that always
seems to cause the arrestees to sharply strike their heads on the ground,
unnecessarily injuring and stunning them. The problem with that technique is that it
can result in death, and it eventually will.
In my 27 years handling insurance, all but one of the accidental deaths I processed
were caused by head injuries. If someone has a congenital weakness in the artery
wall inside the skull, even a relatively light shock to the head will cause an
aneurysm in the brain and sudden death. And if Jessie Bacon had a pulmonary
condition, spraying pepper spray at point-blank range into his eyes, nose and throat
could have resulted in his death as well. If the witnesses are telling the truth,
there was no need to use pepper spray to control Jessie Bacon or to subdue him at the
time it was used, leaving the only reason for its use to be the willful infliction of
pain and torture -- a specifically prohibited act under federal law.
Welcome to Medford, Oregon; the only community I know of in the United States in
which a large sign hangs prominently near a major city thoroughfare asking the
question "WHY DO MEDFORD POLICE LIE ON REPORTS?". Medford, Oregon, where two
completely unarmed men have been gunned down in cold blood these past six years by
Medford Police officers, and where the District Attorney magically transforms himself
into a defense attorney before the Grand Jury every time a Medford cop makes such a
boo-boo. Medford, Oregon is a bad cop's paradise, and it seems they are drawn here
like a paperclip to a magnet.
Not all Medford Police officers are "bad", mind you, but they aren't exactly part of
the solution, either. As George W. Bush recently put it, "If you protect a
terrorist, you are a terrorist", and a "good" cop who looks the other way is just as
much a part of the problem as the "bad" cop, and even more so if he lies for him.
There is simply no defense for a sworn police officer to look the other way when a
crime is being committed just because the criminal also happens to be a cop.
Back in May of this year, Medford Mail Tribune reporter Jill Briskey began an article
titled "Night Patrol" with this sentence:
"If you take a walk along Main Street at 3 a.m. some weekend, you won't be lonely.
It's almost guaranteed that a Medford cop will stop to talk to you."
The next sentence reads:
"And these guys aren't necessarily your friendly, neighborhood police officers."
What an understatement.
The article gets worse. These Medford Police officers were really full of themselves
when they allowed reporter Jill Briskey along for the ride and an interview that
night. Team 5, as they are referred to officially, call themselves the "Reservoir
Dawgs". These eight police officers work three 12-hour shifts per week, from 6:30
p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Thursday through Saturday. If the witnesses are telling the
truth, it was some of these fine men who assaulted Jessie Bacon without probable
cause in the parking lot of the Crater Motel last August.
According to the article, their sergeant, Dave Ryder, regards these officers as the
"best of the best". The article goes on to read, "His team doesn't wait for an
opportunity to fall into their laps. Instead, they go out and make it happen."
"They are aggressive, enthused and very motivated. They'll stop short of nothing to
get the job done right," their sergeant said. "They are the best . This crew, they
can handle anything."
By far, the most damaging quote in the entire article is attributed to Medford Police
officer Parks, who is quoted as boasting:
"If it's 3 a.m. and you're walking down the streets, you can pretty much bet a police
officer is going to talk to you," Parks said. "For the most part, people will talk
with you, tell you what they're doing. Some people get really offended. Obviously,
that's when you get suspicious."
Apparently, these highly trained police officers don't understand that it is a
blatant violation of a citizen's civil rights for a police officer to stop, detain
and question them without probable cause, but at 3 a.m., who is going to witness it,
except, perhaps, another cop. Nevertheless, this idiot gave a quote that could be
used against the Medford Police Department in a court of law at some time in the
future, so not only are these cops unnecessarily brutal, they also lack basic
intelligence -- a very bad combination indeed.
In my opinion, a number of these officers would not pass the basic psychiatric
evaluation given police officer candidates in the major cities, and I strongly
suspect that is why they show up in Medford.
When I first read that infamous Medford Mail Tribune article, I thought surely the
Medford City Council would hold an emergency meeting, fire Police Chief Eric Mellgren
for being stupid, fire Sergeant Dave Ryder for running a gang of thugs wearing
badges, and completely renovate the Medford Police Department. It didn't happen, of
course, because the City of Medford, like Jackson County, lacks good leadership.
However, if I was the insurance company for the City of Medford, I wouldn't hesitate
to cancel coverage the very next renewal, because a federal civil lawsuit involving a
massive judgment against the citizen taxpayers of Medford is just around the corner,
and one lawsuit has already been filed by a young man of Mexican heritage who was
taken down in the exact same manner as Jessie Bacon.
The letters to the editor were most scathingly against the cops, except for the
jack-boot lickers who think they make extra points with the police if they defend
them no matter what they do. There's a bunch of them living here in the Valley who
haven't a clue what their constitutional rights are -- a certain indicator that they
graduated from the public school system. However, the social, educational and fiscal
demographics of Southern Oregon are a'changin' ever-so slowly, and apparently well
below the radar of local law enforcement, who are still reeling from the shock of
having to pay out a 1.8 million dollar settlement for the wrongful death of Jeffery
Stuart Anderson while in custody of the Jackson County Sheriff. The Southern Oregon
Militia was instrumental in arranging for that lawsuit, and just to make sure the
local police finally get the message, the next lawsuit in federal court will carry
Title 42 charges.
What are Title 42 charges? I am referring to Title 42 of the United States Code,
sections 1983, 1985 and 1986. Those sections allow any public official, including a
police officer, to be individually sued if they conspire to violate the civil rights
of a citizen; if they actually do violate the civil rights of a citizen, or if they
were in a position to prevent such violation and did nothing to stop it. (That
section can apply to the Mayor and the entire Medford City Council, by the way.) The
police officer loses his/her immunity from civil prosecution and the victim or
victim's family get to go after everything the cop personally owns.
Now that's what I call a deterrent, and our lawyers have come to the same conclusion
as we have: Until a bad cop is personally made an example of under Title 42 in this
valley, the Medford Police Department will remain a taxpayer's nightmare.

10FEB2001 Christian theme park opens in Oral Office. While Disney now transports visitors into the Hotel California, a new theme park that opened in the White House takes travelers back to ancient Jerusalem.
The Holy Land Experience is filled with such Bible-based attractions as a replica of Herod's Temple (formerly the Lincoln Bedroom) and a re-creation of the street Jesus walked along before crucifixion (in what usta be the Rose Garden, just east of the West Wing).
There's also a replica of Jesus' tomb, and what founders say is the largest indoor model of first-century Jerusalem (formerly the Ballroom, get it?). Republicans and the religious right wing who willingly pay the admission fee also can voyage to the Qumran caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Huh? How can that be??
01FEB2001 The Liberty Baptist Reverend Jerry Falwell, Duh's in-house Minister of Church-State Affairs in the small closet (now disinfected) next to the Oral Office is warning followers that pending Hate Crime Legistation is a stealth attack against the religious right wing goof balls' Freedom of Speech. In an attempt to discourage Hate Crimes Legislation, Falwell warns racists, bigots, sexists and homophobes that hate talk against minority groups could become a prosecutable offense.
