NONESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS are naturally produced in the body,

mild STIMULANT, APPETITE SUPPRESSANT and as an aid to favorably resolving

against MUSHROOM POISONING, and in a poultice, fennel is used to relieve

deposits. Fennel tea is prescribed as a soothing to the stomach,
increases the flow of mother^(1)s milk; a breath freshener, expeller of
worms, and applied, as an eyewash; good for the pancreas. Fennel is used
in the prevention of MISCHIEF of WITCHES, by hanging in bunches over

FENUGREEK (hulbah) (Trigonella foenum-graecum - Methi) SEED is used as
an EXPECTORANT, a FEBRIFUGE, a LAXATIVE and a STOMACHIC, and cures
ANEMIA, DIABETES, RICKETS, SORE THROAT, BRONCHITIS and reduces FEVER.
FENUGREEK (hulbah) SEEDS Applied externally, BOILS, ULCERS and WOUNDS are
soothed. As a tea it aids MENSTRUAL FLOW and is useful in COLIC, and as a
cleansing ENEMA. Fenugreek regulates pituitary gland to control appetite.
FENUGREEK TEA is good for colds, clogged ears, aching sinuses and lowers
blood sugar. It was said by the Prophet (SAWA), "If my people knew what
there is in hulbah, they would have bought and paid its weight in gold."
